At BestRacingExperiences.com, all our products consist of travel services, including hotel reservations, flight arrangements, and motorsport-weekend experiences. Because these services depend on external providers, our refund rules follow their policies.

1. Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email support@bestracingexperiences.com.
Approval is not guaranteed and depends fully on the policies of hotels, airlines, and experience providers.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following cannot be refunded under any circumstance:

  • Grand Prix tickets, race-weekend passes, or motorsport event experiences
    (All GP-related purchases are strictly non-refundable once booked.)

  • Customized or tailor-made travel packages

  • Any service marked as non-refundable by the provider

  • Services already partially used

This policy exists because event organizers and ticket distributors do not allow cancellations or refunds after the purchase is confirmed.

3. Refundable Services (Case-by-Case)

The following may be refundable only if the provider allows it:

  • Hotel reservations with a refundable rate

  • Airline tickets that include refundable terms

  • Third-party activities that allow cancellation within a time window

If a provider approves a refund, we will process it within 10–30 days using the original payment method.

BestRacingExperiences.com does not charge extra fees for the refund itself.

4. Modifications

Changes to dates, names, rooms, flights, or traveler details depend entirely on the provider's rules.
Some may allow modifications with a fee; others may not allow changes at all.

5. Our Responsibility as a Travel Intermediary

BestRacingExperiences.com acts as an independent travel intermediary.
We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Hotel overbookings or service failures

  • Event schedule changes or cancellations

  • Provider errors or operational issues

All such situations fall under the responsibility of the airline, hotel, or event organizer.
